I am terrible at design; is this something Unidos Construction will provide?
Yes! Our in-house interior designer, Ashlyn, can work with you to ensure that the design for your project meets your vision. She will create mood boards and designs, consult in the space, offer revisions of the design, and offer information you need so you can purchase items on your own.
Of course, if you don't want to mess with any procurement, our team will take that off your plate to handle the procurement. Be sure to let our team know in your inquiry that you're interested in our interior design services.
How long do Bathroom Remodels take?
Construction lead times will vary depending on size and scope, but typically, most bathroom remodels take between 6-12 weeks from start to finish. Material lead times, current project schedules, and weather are just some of the variables that can affect your project's timeline.

What brand of windows do you provide?
We offer windows through both Lang Exterior and Marvin Windows. Depending on your home and the concerns/goals for your window replacement project, our team will make recommendations that best fit your needs.
Do you offer payment plans?
We will create a payment schedule that would include a deposit (20%-50% as a downpayment) and the remainder due once the project completes. We can also offer financing through our partner at Fifth Third Bank.
Who is responsible for acquiring the building permit?
We'll take care of everything! From plans, permitting, and inspections to final punch list items and clean up. We aim to make the process as simple and easy as possible.
